The Government of Tripura, through its Finance Department (Taxes & Excise), issued Notification No.F.1-11(98)-TAX/GST/2020 on October 07, 2024, establishing the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling (AAAR) for GST, effective from July 05, 2024. The AAAR consists of:
- Mr. S. Kannan, Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, CGST
- Mr. Vivek H.B., Chief Commissioner of State Tax, SGST
This authority is constituted under Section 99 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
