MCA updates the e-Forms (Form CRL-1, INC-22A, CFI(CSR), A-XBRL, 21A, and 23AC)

The MCA Portal Update: The following MCA e-Forms have been updated: Form CRL-1, Information to the Registrar by company regarding the number of layers of subsidiaries; Form INC-22A, Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification (ACTIVE); Form CFI(CSR), Reply to Call for Information on CSR; Form A-XBRL, Form for filing XBRL document in respect of compliance report and other documents with the Central Government; Form 21A, Particulars of annual return for the company not having share capital; and Form 23AC, Filing balance sheet and other documents with the Registrar.
