The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has rescheduled the launch date for the upgraded Preferential e-CoO 2.0 system. Trade Notice No. 24/2024-25, issued on December 20, 2024, provides the updated details.

- Revised Launch Date for e-CoO 2.0 System
The upgraded Preferential Certificate of Origin (e-CoO) 2.0 system, initially set to launch on December 21, 2024, will now go live on January 17, 2025. - Mandatory e-CoO Filing for Non-Preferential Certificates
Starting January 1, 2025, exporters and Non-Preferential CoO Issuing Agencies listed in Appendix 2E of the FTP must comply with mandatory electronic filing requirements, as outlined in Trade Notice No. 36/2023-2024. - Platform for e-CoO
Exporters should use the e-CoO 2.0 platform, available at https://www.trade.gov.in, for filing both Preferential and Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin.
