The Income Tax (I-T) Department is conducting search operations at IIFL Group in connection with alleged tax evasion, according to sources from CNBC-TV18. The searches, which began early this morning, are ongoing across multiple locations linked to the financial services firm.

I-T Raids at 360 ONE WAM (Formerly IIFL Wealth)

The primary searches are taking place at IIFL’s offices in Kamala Mills, including multiple floors of 360 ONE WAM.

Raids are also being conducted at various premises associated with the IIFL Group.

IIFL Yet to Respond, Board Meeting Rescheduled

The IIFL Group has not issued an official statement regarding the searches.

IIFL Capital has postponed its board meeting, initially scheduled to review Q3 financial results, citing “certain exigencies.”
