DGFT Clarifies Review Applicability for Advance Authorisations Issued Post-April 2019

The DGFT vide Addendum to Policy Circular No.03/2024 dated May 31, 2024 clarifies that the review outlined in Para 4.17 of the Hand Book of Procedures-2023 applies only to Advance Authorisations issued on or after April 01, 2019, and for which no prior review decision has been made by the NC.

“In reference to Policy Circular No. 03/2024 dated May 30, 2024, it is informed that such review will be applicable only for cases where Advance Authorisation was issued on or after April 01, 2019 and no review decision had already been taken by the NC.”
