Important Notice for GTA Service Providers: File Annexure V by 28/11/2024
If you are supplying Goods Transport Agency (GTA) services and intend to pay GST under forward charge for the current financial year and onwards, it’s essential to submit Annexure V by November 28, 2024. This declaration will confirm your choice to opt for forward charge payment.
How to File Annexure V on GST Portal:
- Dashboard Navigation:
Go to Dashboard > Services > User Services > GTA > Opting Forward Charge payment by GTA (Annexure V).
- Confirmation:
When prompted, select YES to proceed to Annexure V Form.
Select NO if you are not supplying GTA services or prefer to pay tax under the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).
