The Delhi Trade & Taxes Department has launched a Virtual Grievance Redressal System to streamline and expedite GST registration issues. Announced via Public Notice dated October 08, 2024, this online system allows applicants, advocates, and CAs to address their concerns through virtual meetings, simplifying the registration process.
In response to the difficulties faced by the public and to improve ease of access for those seeking GST numbers, the Department has initiated this proposal for resolving grievances online. Virtual meetings will be conducted from Monday to Friday, excluding gazetted holidays, during two daily time slots: from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm and 03:00 pm to 05:00 pm. Each session will last for 5 minutes and will take place via the Google Meet platform.
To participate, individuals must book a meeting slot through the link: Google Calendar Meeting Slot, starting October 9, 2024.
This new system aims to provide a more convenient and efficient way for applicants to resolve GST registration issues without needing to visit the department in person.
